iSoS© Evaluation

We believe evaluation is vital to the success of any training and development, which is why we have designed ours to track via the Kirkpatrick 4 Levels of evaluation. Yet there is no point in setting standards if they are not tracked and more importantly communicated to the business as a whole. Communication is the key to success with evaluation and we will work with your business to ensure it is effective and timely.

Being able to recognise successes, address negative trends and undertake the appropriate performance management is critical to the success of any sales academy. At Improve we use our unique and industry leading Step of Sales© model to enable you to do exactly this.

We undertake our evaluation as follows :

Level 1 - Initial Feedback

  • Undertaken on learning events and skill sessions. This enables you to see how well your Sales Teams are buying into the cultural change you are driving forward
  • The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are set at the outset to enable you to track our Consultants performance throughout
  • We can utilise your preferred medium for gathering this data, on-line or paper based

Level 2 - Knowledge Gain

  • Completed at the launch of the Sales Zone and at predefined points on a ongoing basis
  • Through assessment of individuals capabilities against the learning objectives within any of our learning events
  • We can utilise your preferred medium for gathering this data, on-line or paper based

Level 3 - Behavioral Change

  • This is vital to track as it demonstrates individual skill and competency shifts towards the desired goals and Return On Investment (ROI) and Return On Training (ROT)
  • It is clearly shown through the Sales Dashboards of your individuals and teams as they move through the customer progressions of the iSoS© model
  • Undertaken through individual feedback from all participants and stakeholders
  • We can utilise your preferred medium for gathering this data, on-line or paper based

Level 4 - Results

  • Tracked with clarity through the application of the iSoS© Dashboard tool on a daily basis
  • It can be adapted to reflect specific areas of the business you wish to focus on
  • It enables true Validation of the ROT for your business
